So, tomorrow, Tuesday 11/10...Allie and I are going to conduct an experiment and would you to come! :) I am going to smoke a turkey for thanksgiving this year and am trying a chicken to smoke tomorrow as a trial run. Hopefully this experiment tastes good. Come on over for dinner, bring a side. Post a side in the comments if you like.
