So, tomorrow, Tuesday 11/10...Allie and I are going to conduct an experiment and would you to come! :) I am going to smoke a turkey for thanksgiving this year and am trying a chicken to smoke tomorrow as a trial run. Hopefully this experiment tastes good. Come on over for dinner, bring a side. Post a side in the comments if you like. I know as of now we have the smoked chicken and the Ronnie family is bringing pumpkin pie and an additional side. If you are interested in coming for the first time, please do so.
